Is this real?
Yes. We're two humans in Brooklyn who got tired of our own return piles. There's no app, no subscription, no investor with a plan to "scale into a super-app." Just a service that picks up returns. The first batch of users get it free so we can prove it works.

What if my packages get lost?
Every package is insured up to $2,000 through Hiscox Specialty. Every drop-off gets a geo-stamped photo sent to your inbox. If something goes sideways, we cover the loss within seven days.

Why so cheap?
In dense neighborhoods a courier can do 6 to 8 pickups an hour. That math works at $5 a run. We're not trying to be the cheapest forever, we're trying to be the easiest. The price stays at $5 because that's what makes the math work for the couriers AND you.
