Every package is insured up to $2,000 through Hiscox Specialty. Every drop-off gets a geo-stamped photo sent to your inbox. If something goes sideways, we cover the loss within seven days.
In dense neighborhoods a courier can do 6 to 8 pickups an hour. That math works at $5 a run. We're not trying to be the cheapest forever, we're trying to be the easiest. The price stays at $5 because that's what makes the math work for the couriers AND you.
